Our Chiang Mai elephant sanctuary have a beautiful natural waterfall, providing a peaceful environment where elephants can enjoy clean, fresh water from nature. The waterfall offers a natural source of water for elephants to drink, cool off, and bathe, while creating a refreshing and healthy environment for them to enjoy.

A Natural Experience, On the Elephants’ Terms
Nobody rides. Nobody performs.
Our elephants are not staged or forced to perform for visitors. Their daily routine comes first, and guests are invited to quietly observe and interact with them in a respectful way.
- ✓No riding. No chains. No hooks. We do not use riding or force. Guests follow the guidance of our mahouts and maintain a respectful distance from the elephants.
- ✓Feeding on the elephants' terms. You bring food to them, not the other way round.
- ✓A dedicated mahout for each elephant. Each elephant is accompanied by a mahout who knows their individual personality, habits, and needs. This allows the elephants to be cared for closely throughout the experience.
There are no staged performances or forced interactions. Just elephants, their mahouts, and guests sharing time together in a natural environment. **What you see is what we do.** 🐘🌿
La ker por
The Star was born
This male elephant calf named La-ker-por has been special since the day he was born. He was born in the forest on a full moon night, which coincided with a Buddhist Holy Day (the 15th waxing moon) on November 15, 2024—which was also Loy Krathong Day. To add to his uniqueness, for his first three days, he refused to drink both milk and water. The owner had to perform a traditional forgiveness ritual and use pure water infused with gold to wash the mother elephant’s nipples and the calf’s mouth to break the omen. Now, the little elephant is super chubby!

Best experience ever! The landscape is unreal, the activities well organized, It felt traditional, not touristy, away from crowds and we were a small group which made the experience even better.
