Is elephant riding available?
No. Our elephant experiences do not include elephant riding. We focus on responsible and respectful interactions with elephants.
Is it suitable for children?
Yes, our elephant experiences and nature tours are suitable for families with children. Some activities may depend on age and fitness level, and parents or guardians must supervise children at all times. Please let us know your children’s ages when booking so we can recommend the best program. Enjoy a fun family adventure with elephants and nature in Chiang Mai.
Weather & Rain Policy
Our tours are outdoors and may be affected by weather, especially in Chiang Mai’s rainy season. Light rain usually does not affect the tour. Please bring a rain jacket, comfortable clothes, and suitable shoes. If severe weather makes the tour unsafe, we may modify, postpone, or cancel it. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new date or refund, according to our booking terms. Your safety and the well-being of our elephants are our top priority. Rain may change the scenery, but not your adventure.
Where do you pick up from?
We offer free hotel pickup and drop-off within 6 km of Tha Phae Gate, Chiang Mai. If you are staying outside this area, please contact us to check pickup availability and any additional fees.
How do I pay?
Choose the payment method that is most convenient for you: 1. Online Bank Transfer Pay a deposit or the full amount via Revolut. Bank details will be provided upon booking. 2. Pay at Our Office Visit our office 1–2 days before your trip, open daily from 8:00 AM–6:00 PM. • Cash: No additional fee • Visa/Mastercard: 4% processing fee 3. Pay on the Day Pay your tour guide directly in cash when you are picked up.
